Sorry - no returns.
Due to the nature of handmade products, some minor imperfections may be present.
If your order is defective please reach out and we can figure out the best way forward - either an exchange or a repair.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges or repairs
Made-to-order items take up to 3 weeks for creation prior to being sent out. So please be mindful of this when ordering. But! If you need it sooner (example: it’s a birthday gift), please include a note at check out, and I will see what I can do (but no promises that it will be possible).
If your purchase is a gift for someone, I am happy to write a custom note for them to put in the package! Please include this at check out.
If you purchase multiple items, they will be packaged together (if size allows) to reduce packaging. If the multiple items are for different people and you would prefer them to be packaged separately, please include a note at check-out and I am happy to do so.

Free contactless pick up is available on South Pender Island - please select this option at check-out. Once I have received your order, I will email you with the email you provided, and we can arrange a date and time privately.
~ If you are located in Victoria and are not in a rush to receive your order, please reach out prior to purchasing and we can try to organize some sort of local pick-up (*please keep in mind this won’t always be possible, and the options will be rather limited and based on my trips to town) ~

I do my best to ship packages within 3-4 business days after purchase. You will receive an email with the tracking number once it is on route.
Made-to-order items take up to 3 weeks for creation prior to being sent out/ready for pick-up, so please keep this in mind.
~ Shipping within Canada comes with $100 insurance and a tracking number ~
BC: $16, plus $2 for every additional item
BC - with signature required upon delivery for added security: $18, plus $2 for every additional item
Canada (outside BC): $20, plus $2 for every additional item
Canada (outside BC) - with signature required upon delivery for added security: $22, plus $2 for every additional item
~ Shipping to the USA comes with a tracking number ~
USA: $14, plus $2 for every additional item *
USA with tracking and up to $100 insurance: $20, plus $2 for every additional item *
~ International Shipping does not come with tracking and insurance ~
International shipping by air: $22, plus $2 for every additional item***
